ENMAX Power (“EPC”) will require an initial payment to initiate an Underground Residential Development project beginning May 1, 2024. BILD understands that the initial payment is intended for EPC to recover costs to produce a preliminary design, an Issued-for-Review (“IFR”) design and a Quote Letter in the event a project does not proceed to construction.
