Technical Developer Committee – Member Callout

The BILD Technical Developer Committee is currently looking for BILD members to join the committee.  

Our committee volunteers are our greatest resource and the backbone upon which this organization has flourished into one of the strongest and longest standing industry associations in Canada today. 

Our member companies recognize the value of the professional development inherent in this model and throughout the years have generously encouraged and supported their employees in volunteering with our association. This is where real dialogue happens and decisions get made! 

The Technical Developer Committee functions as technical advisory directly to BILD's Board of Directors, making recommendations on cost impacts to development. The committee works together with local governing bodies to review and improve approval processes, guidelines, and specifications for urban and rural development and redevelopment. Membership includes a range of developers, builders, engineers, and other professional members. For a detailed description of the role and the function of the Technical Developer Committee, please view the following document.
