Second Release of ePermitting Now Live on myAIRDRIE

The City of Airdrie is excited to announce the successful launch of the second release of our upgraded ePermitting platform on myAIRDRIE

With this release six planning applications are now available online along with the ability to apply for a certificate of compliance This marks a major step forward in streamlining and modernizing the permitting process

Applicants can now apply online for:

• Pre-Applications
• Development Permits
• Accessory Suites (Secondary, Garage & Garden)
• Change of Use
• Supportive Housing
• Home Based Businesses
• Certificate of Compliance

These enhancements improve the accuracy speed and overall experience of permit applications for both developers and City staff The updated system also helps guide applicants in understanding whether they need a development permit a building permit or both based on the nature of their project.

Additional releases are planned for later in Q3 and Q4 with the full project scheduled for completion by December 2025.
