ENMAX Power has informed BILDCR that effective February 1, 2024, all Multi-Family Developments, with more than one single-phase source of supply, will utilize the Developer Choice Project Delivery Model. The Developer Choice (DC) Project Delivery Model enables developers to engage ENMAX approved Design-Build Companies to design, procure materials, and construct their project.

In preparation for this change, BILDCR understands that the Design-Build companies as well as Multi-family developers with known upcoming projects have been contacted directly by ENMAX Power.
