| Subject: | Land Use Bylaw (1P2007) Housekeeping Amendments – Project Update |
The Land Use Bylaw team has worked on minor housekeeping amendments to the current Land Use Bylaw (1P2007). The scope of these amendments and the project timeline have not yet been finalized.
As part of regular maintenance to improve the efficiency and consistency of 1P2007, these amendments will be presented to the Infrastructure and Planning Committee (IPC) on April 2, 2025. They are expected to be included on the agenda for the Public Hearing of Council on May 6, 2025.
Information on the proposed amendments is posted on the Land Use Bylaw Amendments webpage before the IPC meeting and Public Hearing. As the IPC date approaches, the team will update the webpage with a redlined version of the proposed amendments to provide further details.
