As a follow up to BILD Bulletin 2024-8 RE: Multi-Family Development (with more than one single-phase source of supply) to Utilize Developer Choice Project Delivery Model – Effective February 1, 2024, ENMAX has received questions and inquiries regarding the Developer Choice model, as this model may be new to many developers and customers.
To help address questions and inquiries, ENMAX will be hosting an in-person learning session on the Developers Choice Project Delivery Model hosted at ENMAX Place, located at 141 – 50 Ave SE Calgary. Calendar invitations will be sent for Friday October 25, 2024, from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Online attendance will be available via Microsoft Teams – Please see details below.
