BILD Calgary Region is excited to announce that the 4-Party Shallow Utilities Consortium will be hosting information sessions regarding the adoption of the Developer Construct Delivery model for Underground Residential Development (URD) servicing in the City of Calgary.
Two sessions are scheduled:
- April 18: Targeting Shallow Utility Civil Contractors currently pre-qualified with the 4-party Consortium.
- April 23: Open to Developers, Consultants, City Stakeholders, and other interested parties.
The session agenda will cover the following topics:
- Introduction and background.
- Lessons Learned from the DC Pilot Project.
- Roles and responsibilities.
- Timing of change.
- Contractual matters.
- Utility rebates.
- Contractor-related
Participation in this session will provide valuable insights into the anticipated developments in 2024 concerning the Developer Construct delivery model.
