As a follow-up to Bulletin Bulletin 2024-55, BILD would like to thank all attendees of the informative session held by ENMAX on the Developer Choice (DC) Project Delivery Model on October 25, 2024.
In response to questions about this new model, ENMAX hosted an informative session on October 25, 2024. The session covered essential aspects, including project types, investment levels, roles and responsibilities, and safety. It highlighted tailored electrical solutions for multi-family developments, allowing developers to work with ENMAX-approved Design-Build Companies for streamlined design, procurement, and construction.
