To help improve communication and reduce delays during the site energization process, ENMAX Power has introduced a new automatic email notification service for residential energization requests of 200 amps or less. Members can opt in when submitting a Site ID request to receive status updates at key stages in the energization process, providing greater visibility into request progress. ENMAX has also integrated its Site Readiness Checklist into its Metering Standard to support consistent site readiness expectations.
