Rocky View County would like BILDCR members to be aware of a proposed process change regarding variances in Direct Control districts.
The County strongly recommends that developers and applicants review the relevant Direct Control bylaw and to engage with the County early to ensure changes in interpretation do not dramatically affect timelines.
