Subject:Construction Complete Certificate Inspections Information
Subdivision Development Inspections (SDI) launched a new pilot process for Construction Completion Certificate (CCC) inspections for Underground Utilities on June 1, 2024. This pilot, developed based on industry feedback, allows consultants and contractors to conduct separate inspections, expediting CCC signoffs and reducing delays. The new CCC process is optional, however, aims to empower consultants to schedule inspections directly, streamline processes and enhance efficiency, allowing faster transitions to the maintenance phase.
