ATCO Developer Choice Common Mains – NEW Rates for 2024

The Developer Choice Common Mains rates have been reviewed by ATCO and increased for 2024. Effective June 1, 2024, the rates will be implemented for any new construction. Any existing agreements for work taking place from June 1, 2024 onward will be updated to reflect the new rates. For the specific rate amounts, please contact ATCO or your consultants for a breakdown.
