BILD has been informed by the Shallow Utilities Consortium that Joe Beetge has left his role as Executive Director of the Shallow Utilities Consortium
We would like to thank Joe for his dedication over the past several years, particularly for his collaboration with industry to advance meaningful improvements to the shallow utilities design process and for his contributions to the Developer Construct Model.
