BILD Calgary Region Industry Update 2026 – 41
The City of Calgary’s Subdivision Utility Inspections (SUI) has confirmed that the “non-joint inspection” process for Construction Completion Certificates (CCCs) related to underground utilities will remain available for the remainder of the 2026 construction season.
This will again include the ability to request surface CCC inspections to be included with the non-joint CCC inspection (including Paved Roads and Walkways, Sidewalks, Curb & Gutter, Regional Pathway, Gravel Lanes, Gravel Lanes with Paved Portions, and Paved Lanes).
