BILD has been informed that Mark Kefford has decided to not extend his tenure with the Shallow Utilities Consortium for 2024. BILD would like to thank Mark for his dedication over the past 5 years and specifically for the work to make significant improvements in the shallow utilities design and construction process this past year. We extend our sincere best wishes to Mark Kefford in all his future endeavors.
Notwithstanding Mark Kefford’s departure, BILD is excited to welcome Joe Beetge as the new Executive Director of the Shallows Utilities Consortium. His familiarity with the challenges industry has navigated over the past year with Shallow Utilities and his involvement in the efficiency improvements are promising indicators of his ability to lead the organization forward.
