Parks has advised BILD, that they will cease accepting Final Acceptance Certificates (FACs) effective November 1, 2024. Parks’ current specifications allow for discretion by Parks to determine a cut-off date for FAC inspections and, due to winter conditions.
Regarding Construction Completion Certificates (CCCs), Parks will continue to accept certificates submitted using the Construction Inspection Checklist and Construction Completion Certificate Report system.
