| Subject: | 2023 Development Agreement – Application Requirements to secure 2023 DA |
Request for Development Agreement (the second REQ process on the Submit tab in UDO) must be submitted using Urban Development Online by end of day December 08, 2023, to allow for processing. Once submitted Development Commitments staff will review the request for content and completeness. If considered complete Development Commitments will make available a PDF version of the Development Agreement (DA) to the Developer for digital signing within approximately five working days of the request. The endorsed Development Agreement along with Performance Security and Certificate of Insurance must be delivered and accepted prior to 2023 December 29 at 16:30h.
